This is what bagels beg for. Our wild Pacific Northwest sockeye salmon is cold-smoked with natural hardwood smoked and thinly sliced. A rich, flavourful west coast masterpiece.

All of our salmon is wild-caught in a sustainably managed Pacific Northwest fishery. Our adherence to this is one of the reasons we were the first Canadian packaged retail seafood company endorsed by the respected Ocean Wise conservation program.
Our wild sockeye is filleted, cleaned, and brined by hand prior to smoking, which ensures that only premium salmon portions are used for our lox.
Our lox is cold-smoked with natural hardwood smoke in our own smokehouses. No chemical preservatives or liquid smoke in this recipe!
