Wild Albacore Tuna & Artichoke Salad

can (150 /5.3 oRAINCOAST TRADING Wild Albacore Tuna
drained

(10 mbalsamic vinegar

can (142 /14 oartichokes
drained

medium green onions
sliced

(25 mpitted black olives
sliced

fresh basil
chopped

fresh or sun-dried tomatoes
sliced

Salt (optionaand pepper
to taste

One head butter lettuce or romaine lettuce
Instructions- In a medium bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise and lemon juice
- In a separate bowl, flake tuna with a fork
- Cut each artichoke heart into 4 pieces
- Combine ingredients and toss gently
- Add salt & pepper to taste
- Arrange the mixture on a bed of lettuce
