Crispy Thai Chili Lettuce Wraps

These 5-minute tuna lettuce wraps are filled with crispy-crunchy vegtables and have a sweet and spicy finish.

For the Wrap

  • 2 leaves Butter lettuce
  • 1 Raincoast Global Skipjack Tuna- Thai Chili
  • 6 pieces Broccolini pieces
  • 1 Red pepper- sliced

For the Dressing

  • 2 tbsp. Mayo
  • 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Maple syrup (optional)


  • Wash and rinse lettuce leaves and pat dry. Lay out both large pieces of butter lettuce and divide the Skipjack Thai Chili pouch evenly on 2 leaves.
    Cut up broccolini and red pepper and place ontop of the tuna.
