Smokey Waffles with Eggs

Waffel Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ½ cup Vegtable oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • cups Milk
  • 4 tsp Baking powder
  • Cooking spray

Scrambed Egg with Smoked Salmon

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 can Raincoast Trading Smoked Albacore Tuna



  • Preheat the waffle iron. Crack 4 eggs and beat until fluffy. Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
    Spray a thin even layer of cooking spray on waffle iron. Carefully pour in mixture and cook until golden brown.

Scrambled Eggs

  • Preheat a pan on low-medium heat. Once the pan is hot spay a thin, even layer of cooking spray on the pan.
    Add the eggs and gently spread them around the pan until evenly cooked.


  • Once waffels and eggs are cooked, place eggs and smoked salmon on top of the waffels and serve hot.
