Veggie Tuna Wraps with Homemade Garlic Ranch Dressing

For the Wrap

  • 1 can Raincoast Global Skipjack tuna
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 whole Avacado Sliced
  • 1 whole Tomato Sliced
  • ¼ cup Red onion sliced
  • ¼ cup English cucumber sliced
  • 2 Tortillas


  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Mayo
  • tsp Water
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


For the Dressing

  • Combine sour cream, mayo, water and lemon juice until smooth. Mix in
    garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and then set aside.

For the Wrap

  • On a cutting board, lay out the two tortillas. Place 2 slices of lettuce on each. Arrange
    tomato, avocado, red onion and cucumber slices onto one side of the tortilla.
  • Top each tortilla with half a can of tuna then drizzle the dressing over it.
  • Make the wrap by folding in the sides of the tortilla and then rolling it closed from one
    end to another.
  • Enjoy as is or with additional garlic ranch dressing.
