Veggie Tuna Wraps with Homemade Garlic Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
For the Wrap
- 1 can Raincoast Global Skipjack tuna
- 4 Lettuce leaves
- 1 whole Avacado Sliced
- 1 whole Tomato Sliced
- ¼ cup Red onion sliced
- ¼ cup English cucumber sliced
- 2 Tortillas
Dressing
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Mayo
- 2½ tsp Water
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
For the Dressing
- Combine sour cream, mayo, water and lemon juice until smooth. Mix ingarlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and then set aside.
For the Wrap
- On a cutting board, lay out the two tortillas. Place 2 slices of lettuce on each. Arrangetomato, avocado, red onion and cucumber slices onto one side of the tortilla.
- Top each tortilla with half a can of tuna then drizzle the dressing over it.
- Make the wrap by folding in the sides of the tortilla and then rolling it closed from oneend to another.
- Enjoy as is or with additional garlic ranch dressing.
